NAFD Western Counties Area Federation’s Golden Jubilee

The Western Counties Area Federation of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with Derek Gunningham at the helm once again.

Derek was installed as President of the NAFD Western Counties Area Federation for the second time – 25 years after he first took on the role – at its AGM and first quarterly meeting, which was attended by National President Sue Saville.

The Area Federation began its celebrations in March with a joint Ladies Evening in conjunction with the South Western Division of the British Institute of Embalmers and is looking forward to the NAFD Conference in May, when one of its members, Philip Blatchly, takes over the NAFD Presidency.
